CHICAGO — Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and her top cop are discussing public safety ahead of the Halloween weekend’s festivities.
Lightfoot and Chicago Police Department Superintendent David Brown are holding a press conference Thursday at 2:30 p.m. to highlight the city’s preparations as well as some safety tips all residents can keep in mind.
