Chef Devin Quinn from Eden restaurant prepares a cashew crunch salad, an Asian version of a chop salad, with a side of chicken and salmon.
Eden was recently moved from West Loop to the North Side. The restaurant has a greenhouse on sight where they grow much of their own produce.
