Police continue to investigate shooting of teenage girl in River North

CHICAGO — A 19-year-old girl is in the hospital after being shot in the back while sitting in a minivan in River North Saturday morning.
According to police, the shooting happened around 5 a.m. in the 0-100 block of West Ohio Street. The victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she is currently in stable condition.
Police said no one is in custody as Area Three Detectives continue to investigate.
