14-year-old girl shot in arm in Near West Side

CHICAGO — A 14-year-old girl was shot in the arm early Sunday morning in Near West Side.

The girl was a passenger in the car at the 4400 block of South Wood Street around 4:00 a.m. when shots were fired. She was transported to Comers Children’s Hospital in good condition.

There is currently no one in custody and police are still investigating.
